Head Teacher’s Welcome
A very warm welcome to Kingsbury Green Primary School. I am delighted to be the Head Teacher of such a vibrant and dynamic school. We are privileged to be in an attractive building located on a beautiful site with extensive outdoor space. As a result our children benefit from plenty of exercise and learning outdoors at all stages of their school life.
Kingsbury Green is a community school for children aged 3 – 11. We serve a diverse, multi-cultural community, valuing the richness our local area brings to the school. We put learning at the heart of everything we do, to ensure our children gain both the academic skills and social skills to become global citizens. Our children love to learn in many ways and show this through their impeccable learning behaviour, willingness to take risks and to take on responsibility and leadership roles.
We have an excellent staff team who are ambitious for all children and determined that they will succeed through the care, learning and direction they receive here. We value and expect an open and active partnership with families so that together we ensure each child achieves their personal best having had an exciting, safe and memorable learning journey here.
Our curriculum is focussed on developing fluency of knowledge and skills to enable children to use their imagination and apply their learning to solve problems in order to be able to change the world for the better in the future.
Our values of Empathy, Agility and Hard work are central to our curriculum and children’s personal development.
At Kingsbury Green we create the opportunities for all children, parents and staff to expect excellence as standard. The learning climate and environment will offer and develop in children and staff, empathy, intellectual and physical agility and the pleasure in a job done well.
Our website is designed to help you know and understand more about the school. It cannot however tell the whole story and we’d be very pleased to show you more if you wish to contact the school to arrange a visit.
