Reception Forest School photographs

During the Autumn term, Reception children have been learning about the changes in the Autumn season. They have collected Autumn resources and used them to make leaf printing and a huge birds nest then sat inside the nest to listen to a story about birds. They used the muddle puddles in the outdoor environment to make mud pies topped with mini-beast found under the logs.

Reception children explores the outdoors and did bark rubbings, bubble wrap paintings and play dough faces. All these activities supported the children to interact and communicate with each other, share resources, work as part of a team, have a wider subject knowledge and build their confidence.
